Orders and Deliveries

What payment method do we accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Shopify Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal.

Can I use more than one discount code on my order?

If you are one of the lucky ones who has a discount code, take advantage of it! 

This should be included at the beginning of the checkout.

However, you can’t use more than one discount code in your purchase and discount codes can’t be applied to items on sale.

Can I modify my order?

If at the time of placing the order you have made a mistake putting the wrong information,  send us an email to info@off--boost.com with the changes you want to make and we’ll get to it. 

Attention! We need you to indicate the buyer’s order number, mail and full name.

Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not left our warehouse yet, we can refund the amount and cancel it. However, if your order has been prepared, you will have to receive it and proceed with the return through this form.

To check if we can cancel your order before it is prepared, send an email to info@off--boost.com to confirm it.

Where is my order?

If your order has been shipped within Spain/Europe, you can track your order here.

If your order has been shipped out of Spain/Europe, you can check the status here.

The tracking number has been automatically sent to the mail that was used to make the purchase.

Standard delivery at home

Delivery times usually take 48/72h weekdays (up to 4 days for islands). 

If your order is less than 70€, the shipping costs will be 3.90€. In case your order exceeds 70€, the shipping will be free only in Spain. 

International standard delivery

Delivery times for international shipments are 7-10 weekdays. 

If your shipment is international, the shipping costs will be calculated according to the origin. 

If your order exceeds 200€, shipping will be free. 

In specific cases, delays may occur due to holidays or external causes. If you have any questions or problems with your order, please contact our customer service at info@off--boost.com with your name and order number.

International shipments

If your order is addressed to a country outside the European Union, it may be subject to fees, taxes or other charges due to local or customs laws. Off-Boost takes care of the shipment but not of the possible local expenses. 

The buyer will be responsible for all customs costs associated with the import of the product. 

For customs reasons, the order may also be delayed.

I didn’t receive my order, what happened?

Our logistics operator will contact you if there is a failed delivery, to make sure you receive it as soon as possible. If you prefer, you can contact the transport services that are processing your order by calling or through their website to arrange a new delivery. 

There are two main reasons why you may not have received your order: 

Wrong address: we recommend checking if the provided address is correct.

Failed deliveries: GLS and DHL will try up 2 times to deliver the package, then they can leave it in a parcel shop. If you still need help, feel free to contact info@off--boost.com.

Why haven’t I received the confirmation email?

Check the spam or spam tray, your confirmation email may be there.

If you do not find it, you can write to info@off--boost.com and we’ll locate it. If it’s necessary, we will change the purchase email and forward it. 

If you want to make sure that you receive our emails on future occasions, please add us to the desired mailing list and make sure that the e-mail you have used for your purchase is the correct one.

Returns and Refunds

What is our return policy?

Returns by delivery company:

You can also return your items by mail. Since the date of shipment, you have 30 days to register your return request through this form. You only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You will immediately receive both the return label by email, as well as the refund in the original method of payment or through an IBAN.

Off-Boost is not responsible for the amounts for delivery logistics efforts and we don’t refund shipping costs. The price of the return is €4.9 for national and the Balearic islands. /€10 Europe /€20 outside Spain and Europe.

Changes by delivery company:

You can also make size changes by mail at no additional cost. From the moment your order is shipped, you have 30 days to register your change request through this form, you only need the order number and email. Items must be in the same condition in which they were received. You can choose between taking the order to a delivery point or request for a pickup. Another order number will be generated and shipped within our usual delivery times.

How can I change my order/get a refund?

Changes and returns by our website:

You can make your return or exchange request through this form, you only need the order number and email. Our exchange and returns platform allows you to immediately receive both the return label by email, as well as the refund in the original method of payment or through an IBAN.

Off-Boost is not responsible for the amounts for the delivery logistics efforts in case of requesting a refund. Changes for another size have no additional costs.

From the moment your order is shipped, you have 30 days to register your exchange or return request, as long as the conditions of our exchange policy are met.

Can I return or exchange my order placed in a store through the website?

No, we’re sorry but you can’t return or exchange your order on our website if you made your purchase in a store.

Damaged items

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work very hard in order for our garments to be of the highest quality and without any defects. But even for us, it's hard to have everything under control. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, visit the link REVENI.

All items we sell are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. Please contact us at info@off--boost.com if you believe your purchase is faulty by attaching images. Defective products may be subject to inspection prior to a refund or exchange. This may entail returning the product to our Returns Center for inspection.

Additional Information

Underwear is not in our exchange and return policy, so it cannot be exchanged or returned.

The Off-Boost Gift Card is not included in our return policy, so we do not accept its return.
